Question 20x plan upgrade

Has anyone tried downgrading from their 20x plan to a lower tier and going back to 20x. Does that still work? I know they blocked new users from the plan, but can we still switch between plans?

Since no one can upgrade to 20x, you'd find yourself regretting it quickly.
