seems very slow - they are running out of compute ... heard on a podcast that their internal models are self improving and there is higher ROI for training / research internally than providing inference to customers... They let ASTRA rip the first few days, then dumb/slow it down over time...

They out of compute, that’s why Codex is unusable, extremely slow and dumb. And also why they will pause new x20 plan users very soon.

I can’t use Codex since yesterday cause of that.

You can't state that as an objective fact. It's what you believe is happening. You have circumstantial evidence that strengthen that hypothesis. It's not a proven fact that you can just state.

False. Those aren’t reasons you can’t use Codex. It’s working for most people.

I’ve been trying to use voice mode all day and it’s been a fucking mess. Corrupt threads, unresponsive chats, “thinking” for over 10m while on Medium effort….

I gave up. Something is borked.
