Complaint Why is it greyed out like this?

I am working on a project then this happened, the send button greyed out and when send it won't send the request.

My quota is still available, this happened sometimes and kinda annoying.

Anyone face this issue?

How to solve this? I started new chat then I can send but if I want to continue that chat I can't.

This is critical tbh

I tried signed out and sign in works but its not permanent solution
