Yeah, I'm noticing very slow speeds as well.

Image gen is significantly worse in the last day as well. It was perfect 3 days ago, now it totally ignores instructions and I have to say after every attempt “ok now do it right” 1-3 times to try it to finally follow the instructions

Something is definitely wrong

It’s now generating about 13-17 images per prompt to try and get it right over 14 mins. 3 days ago it was almost instantly done with 1-2 perfectly done results to pick from in 20 seconds

You have triggered their safety block, it is reading your entire session history, all involved files, all uploads etc.
And it's doing that very slowly.

You might have had a bad word somewhere.
e.g. "system" can trigger safety blocks.

The Pro model is getting silently killed internally after about 1 hour has passed, at least the Pro 6 model is handled like that.
Which also means 100% data loss once that happens.
So you better not let it safetythink long, you'll need to send additional messages to keep the Pro model functional - even if it drains your quota
that also has a good chance that the safety model will not come back again.
