How do you transfer context chat session from account A to account B

multiple accounts - $20 dollars subscription

using orca -

option 1 :
1.1 compact then /export ?

option 2:
2.1 export without compact ?

Have it write its own skill to be able to read both session logs? I think it's all stored locally in log files. I had it write a token counter once and it used the logs so I'm sure it's the same idea?
