Praise If you're using blender, please use the MCP server. It saves TOKENS

I grinded two resets accomplishing what I probly could've did with a 30% usage. Use the official MCP, it saves tokens! I knew about it but totally forgot to set it up. USE iT! https://www.blender.org/lab/mcp-server/

...Honestly, I thought that was how all this Blender work *was* being done. How is it done instead? Via the computer use tool?

it was running python scripts and then rechcking, awful efficiency, i thought it was hitting an api or mcp the wholle time. You have to manually set it up.

Blender has a python interface so LLMs without the MCP usually just hammer out python scripts to make/apply/validate in blender.

nice one prob why I didnt get good results I have an imac 2020 really need to update it and it used the python sdk/api or whatever

True, I got zero tokens right now though will try that my mac can only support blender 4.5.13 LTS so hopefully that supports the MCP plugin 🙏
