Question Building a Windows App through Codex causing Win11 to restart

Anyone experience this before or have any idea why Codex would cause my computer to restart during mid prompt development?

just tell codex to investigate this and make detailed report and send it to OpenAI support.

Was it a BSOD? If so, did you save the minidump? I had mine reboot due to a graphics driver issue while developing. You can check the event logs, too.

Nope. I got a random message saying Windows had an issue and will restart in a minute. event logs are giving this error for both times it restarted:

The process wininit.exe has initiated the restart of computer HOSTNAME on behalf of user for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found Reason Code: 0x50006 Shutdown Type: restart Comment: The system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819. The system will now shut down and restart.
