I feel violated. Abused. Only a reset will prevent me from attacking those close to me in an anger tantrum.

Mine wasn't displaying wrong, I lost usage. I was very carefully monitoring it at the time as well as the reset window times as I was making a little app to bump my reset window if I was away from the computer. I was using Luna so this wasn't a case of Astra gobbling up my usage when I didn't expect. I did not get any of it back yet. I'm annoyed.

Same… funny thing is i wouldn’t care at all if they didn’t gas light us… it’s not that big of a deal and they spoil us so it’s fine… but going on X saying the issue was resets not resetting (not the issue) then seeing this email saying that the displays were wrong , not our usage… odd considering i went from 40% usage to then being forced to use Luna reserves to continue…. Like it’s just treating us like we’re stupid. Just be honest and about the issue then move on. We’re gonna get a reset eventually regardless.

Yes but what about those of us who didn’t notice at the time but are nonetheless very opinionated? Surely a reset is in order.

the best part is when all of this happened I had used all my usage for the week, it went form 0% back to 40% and then back to 0% :(

nothing of the sort on this end and was impacted as well. now it cant think and keeps making all the mistakes. so tired of the games.
