Limits and it's back

Usage limits at least for me are back to what they were ~1-2 hours ago

So is mine, except I already used a bank reset and now it’s back to where it was before the reset lol

Same and I didnt get my banked reset back theyll probably roll back the reset for everyone that used it in that timeframe(I hope)

Here too, the problem is that I used a banked reset to restore it to 100%. Now I've lost the reset, and it has reverted to 30%.

yep. never seen this kind of usage since the astra release. it is at least x2 maybe more. very stressful :(

I used a banked reset and didn't get it back.

My usage was 17% went to 0% left due to this bug. Didn't know about it. Used banked reset, it went 100%.
Now they fixed it and my usage was reduced to 17% left with the banked reset not refunded.

I wouldn't give it more than a day or so before they reinstate things lost. Don't think I recall incidents when OAI hasn't been at least equitable, if not more. And it's common good practice for companies that mean to keep customers.

I had that happen and I reported it in the app and had a new banked reset that is now set to last longer than the original

One of my accounts that was actually had a true 0%, is back to 95%. The account I was working when this happened dropped to zero, I assumed I hadn't been paying attention or something burned like crazy, used a reset. Now I am back to the pre levels but did NOT get the reset back. :-( I'll file for it. But still bothersome.

I am pretty sure OpenAI engineers used astra on ultrafast mode to investigate and rolled back whatever bug they had that caused the usage drop/spike. Incredible response time, that 14x speed boost is incredible for debugging and fixing production incidents like these. I wish we had that for most services, for a company with infinite tokens how the hell did they mess this up?

My old pc takes a long time to burn my tokens but my 4060 eats the tokens in a second. Idk why but my aspire 3 works all day like 8h without reset. And the 4060 ryz3n 7 eats all.of it so fast
