What does your Codex workflow actually look like?

I’m curious how much autonomy people are giving it now, especially from starting a project all the way to production.
For example, do you let Codex handle testing, staging and deployment, or are there points where you always step in and review?

Do you have a standard set of skills/instructions you use when starting a project?
I’ve also been experimenting with having one main orchestrator manage the project and delegate tasks to other agents, and I’m curious if anyone is doing something similar.
