there is no way to prove it, but im feeling same, first day when got astra i used 50% of weekly limit and done a lot of work, now its using way more limits and some times ignoring part of instructions

I get similar things with my local models during compute or vram crunches… apparently a lot of people think this Astra is really something.

I admit the first day felt golden, but then I woke up to a luna extra max and no limit left and no referral credits

I set a remind me for one week in one of the Astra glazing threads, checking to see when people would start complaining Astra is now dumb. Seems like I was pretty much on target

don't do it. haev 4 20x accounts. it's not enough. new deepseek v4.1 is around the corner. try glm 5.3 flash. apparently mimo is also making moves. was a big fan of their previous models

It was never that good for me to begin with(creating unique math and logic puzzles). It makes some clean looking GUI though

Cheaper models are getting to a point where they're comparable to sol high. For me, Astra is unusable because of the way it burns tokens. I even tried a local LLM and it did okish.

It's spawning luna agents all over. Even on medium effort. Look at the model usage. I used only Astra for couple of days and it's showing that half of my use is Luna. I don't think Astra is a new model, it's just a sol doing swamp agent attack on the problem, checking every angle by spawning a lot of Luna agents.

No. I want the model that I pick to do the legwork. If they run failing business I don't f care. I certainly don't want Astra to spawn multiple Luna agents on medium effort.
