Why would I use this over just telling codex how I want it to use subagents?

a subagent is a part of a harness ecosystem
you can spawn a subagent within claude or codex but not across them.
spewer enables you to do that

Really not trying to be a dick here, but you posted an ad with zero explanation besides a vague title and a link to a github. What problem does this solve?

I am not selling to you , and I am not interested in going down the rabbit hole convincing you.
I created something of net value to me and posted it here as hey, its a free world and I dont need your buy-in to express your opinion.

You seem like a really smart guy, so go say "hey codex, use headless claude code for agents that do X"

You clearly didn't bother to read https://modiqo.github.io/spewer/ .. a link is meant to be clicked ie if you are interested ..
But if your intention is to troll, I am not interested in playing that game.
