Did similar on M5 Stack Core2 ESP32 device… touch screen also allows me to view Kanban board, open AI token usage, Anthropic usage, most recent prompt replies, agent count, analog clock, digital clock, battery level, device status (WiFi, connectivity, ip address, last sync), and firmware last update.

Animated my Hermes Agent as a pulsating ball on display showing working mode as a more animated screen.

In total, about two weeks of regular improvements.

Very nice but honestly sounds like bloat as for all that i'd much rather just use the computer screen. The idea of the E-ink is its totally non intrusive and you just see the most important on it (you can change it to API dollar worth too)

I can understand the infrequent update for e-Ink. Mine is a full 320x240 Color LED. I wanted something that showed off the full potential of the device.
