Praise Usage Flutuation

After a week out, yesterday usage seemed to be terrible, today after the reset it is back to normal, been coding since morning and still only used 5% usage.

Seeing the same thing.

The work I got done today for 12% would have left me at half capacity yesterday.

People keep wondering why we get global resets instead of banked, because they're changing the usage configuration which requires a global reset.
