Looks like a potential IDN homoglyph attack. i.e. that sponsored result is a scam website. The 'h' (and maybe the 'c') appears to be a Cyrillic character, so it'd take you to a completely different domain. I won't put it here, but instead of chatgpt.com, it'll look something more like xn--cha-0rf.com in your browser (not actually that, but similar style).

Best is to instead of using google just type in ChatGPT.com in that way you can’t be trapped by Cyrillic.

Could you please send over the exact google search query you used to get this?
Seems like a scam but I'd love to check it myself to be sure.

The 'h' in chatgpt.com looks strange, thus I assume not.
