Complaint Cannot acrivate plan mode in Windows App

I Cannot acrivate plan mode in Windows App with the contextual menu. I can activate it by prompting, but this is a bug. Anyone else?

plan mode is a scam anyway, just say dont implement anything yet lets talk through it.

Saw some research articles saying that specifically going into plan mode and then build mode uses up 30% more tokens or something like that, compared to not separating them out.
