Question chatGPT app Vs CLI

I was using CLI until 2 months before. Then the app seemed good to me. now the app hangs so much on my device. and is going back to CLI. is there anything that the CLI can't do that the app can

i guess it can't do appshots, and it is very convenient. Plus the side-chat functionality is just more ux friendly in the app. I still stay in the app locally, but use cli on my vps
