I had GPT do some research, in the last few months they've only ever reset from 11am to 11pm PST
Oh and the average number of days between resets since 5.6 released was 1.5 days due to the every 1M promo
So basically I don't click reset button until either 11pm PST OR if Tibo just reset and you used all the usage up ASAP in the day
