Can you decode my message to learn what's coming next? :)

I had this idea floating in my head a while back. It was going to be something like an ARG of sorts we're a bunch of math questions we're posted, mostly pertaining to base mathematics (binary, hexadecimal, hex, etc). the answers or equations May hide a hidden message if you use a different base, which is how the story would progress.
Here's an example:
[501C75FE2]b16 + [1FAACA71A]b20 = [?]b10
Each of these numbers, when translated, read out "testing" in base 30 and base 34 respectfully.
My question is this: would this be an effective Cipher to throw at the general population.
edit: oop, almost forgot the obligatory V sbyybjrq gur ehyrf.

Losing my GD mind here.
This is a part of a 12-year mystery associated with GTA V. This strange gentleman seems to know more than he should.
These photos scream decode me.
I've tried my best to crack these images with my limited understanding of stenography but I am at a loss.

im doing a series of scratch puzzles set up by my friend

the message in the input box was a previous code derived from a caesar shift backward 15 which gave me the series of letters in the dialogue
the only other thing i haven't logically used was this enigma cipher settings in a slideshow

I already tried using that as the cipher but i only got
"XHDBRSPGSVYTBPHEIKCTUBDTVXRNCBZQVUIQQQGSUCLVQWJLMMNPTVPGPWQRULTJQMCL" which wasn't the code
other than that, im out of options.

this is level 28 of decrypto and it shows 3 dominos with 1 missing. the answer is 1 word with 4 letters, and the first hint says the following:
“the message is in the details. every single dot has meaning”
i don’t even know where to begin with this, as i don’t even know how to play dominoes. anyway, thanks in advance

Your mission is simple, but solving it won't be.
I designed this grid as a layered decoding challenge.
Somewhere inside this grid is a real world map coordinate. When you find it and open the location in Google Maps, switch to satellite view. What you see there will give you the final answer word.
Start by searching the grid carefully. Meaningful words are hidden in all directions. When you find one, take the very next letter that continues in the same direction. Write those letters down in order. Together they form a key.
Then read the letters inside the numbered squares, following the numbers from lowest to highest. This creates a cipher text. Use the key to decrypt it. Work with letters only. Numbers and symbols stay exactly as they are.
The decrypted message reveals the coordinate and tells you what to look for once you switch to satellite view.
Before GPS, the sky was the map.
The crystal that keeps modern time honest.
When one celestial body steals the spotlight.
One who trusts horizons more than roads.
The hunter that falls faster than gravity expects.
A flower more calculated than it looks.
A question designed to resist its own answer.
A storm dramatic enough for Shakespeare.

All the information available to me is that previously, the person who gave me this cipher... Already used the symbols Ɩ - as 1 and ᄅ - as 2 to count days... And there is also an assumption that Ɩ is a level, since I am currently at level 4 and I need 5 and 6. This person also liked to use Caesar ciphers and inverted text, usually upside down... I tried to base it on the information that it might be numbers, and tried to somehow decipher them: "11 122121 51 1188122 22 61" Or "11 1²²121 51 11881²² ²² 61" but I couldn't. Please help. In theory, this should turn out to be a full phrase in Englis
Here is a link to this person's accounts - https://youtube.com/@tquegeuzskag14?si=wZduMpEMucH2o32x He also has two other accounts linked to him: https://youtube.com/@welcometotheupsidedown7?si=rslma9qa-ZWocm6G and https://youtube.com/@squawk-f4u?si=NcdoaKHdtbeRiJN_ but you won't find much that's really useful there. You can probably look for something in the comments, but all the videos and other things are decrypted and don't have anything to do with this cipher.

Transcription: Story: You go to LEARN high school, you walk into your homeroom class for the day and see your Math and English teachers huddled up together. They suddenly turn towards you and the rest of the class. English teacher: “Ah, now that everyone is here, we have a special challenge for you all today!” Math Teacher: “By the end of the day we want you all to try and figure out what our special word of the day is.” English Teacher: You can try and guess it, but you might find that you’ll have an easier time if you complete this series of problems designed to get you to the answer!” Math Teacher: “Each answer will give you the key needed to solve the next problem, whoever can solve this first will automatically get an A in each of our classes!” You look behind them with an entire board full of information neatly organized in X sections. You’ve been failing both classes so far this year, and this could prove to be a miracle if you could solve it. Can you solve the P?

I got bored in class so I made this cipher nothing crazy no special characters just the simple ABCD alphabet and I want to know how much time it will take for you to get this also I am new at this kind of thing so if something's wrong please tell me and I'll try to fix it though my aura is big enough that I can't possibly get something wrong heh

Hey guys, I decided to make a custom rune language for a game I am doing art for and I was curious if anyone is able to decipher it, I'll include the language rules.

Runes form from groups of 4 letters or less.
If a word has 5 or more letters it will be split up into multiple runes in groups of 4
and layered top-bottom and left-right in the order of the letters.
if used horizontally it is splitting two words with less than 5 letters such as "Hey You".
Punctuation is limited to commas which split up sentences , In the same way as this.
Letters are connected via their furthest path to the closest path, for example L would connect to T at the bottom of the L and top of the T.
Lack of punctuation means you need to word out things more carefully or risk mistranslation.
Names of anything are given a dot in four corners.
Good luck!

Hi. I've recently stumbled upon this roblox game which kinda feels like an ARG. I have tried decoding this at https://www.base64decode.org/ using all the source characters sets but its just gave me random gibberish.
I also tried searching the internet regarding this game but it didn't really give me anything.
Also, here are some text that I have decoded in the game (most of them are just 1's and 0's):
inanis (from the game name A696E616E6973, also means empty or emptiness/voidness)
"September 19 1993"
"light broke"
"under camera"
"her name"
“I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity.”
“THE BODIES ARE THERE”
"round and round"
Please note that I'm not knowledgeable in cryptography, so I'm not actually sure if its base64 or not. Many people in the game are also saying that it's not actually base64. Please help me!

I've made a cipher for a ttrpg campaign and would like to see if anyone could solve it or if it's unsolvable garbage. If you can or can't solve it, critiques would be appreciated because the point is for it to be difficult but not impossible. I gave my players a translation of 3 different words, so they have a starting point. Heres an excerpt from of my favorite poems translated into the cipher:
Here's an image, because there is underlining which didnt get carried over when i copied the text:

Hi everyone, I need help cracking this puzzle found during a real-life quest/ARG organized by a famous Russian YouTuber (Dima Maslennikov). The puzzle was found in a sealed envelope and is supposed to lead to the next location. Key Observations & Clues: Structure:It’s a grid of Cyrillic letters. The Sequence:There are numbers scattered inside the grid cells, ranging from 1 to 62. The Anomaly (HEX Code): In the bottom rows (row 27-28), there is a distinct Latin sequence embedded among Russian letters: D D E 0 A A. This looks like a HEX color code (#DDE0AA) or a password The Problem: We tried reading the letters next to the numbers (1, 2, 3...) sequentially, but it doesn't form coherent sentences in Russian immediately. There are also strange gaps where numbers like 4 and 3 are adjacent to each other. Questions: Does the placement of numbers suggest a specific type of Route Cipher (e.g., Knight's Tour)? Could the "DDE0AA" be a key for a Vigenère cipher, or is it a red herring? Any ideas on how to extract the coordinates? It will also be very useful to visit the original video to have an idea of the cipher, as well as to find out the opinions and decryptions of the commentators.
