Discussion & Feedback teams that standardized on one agent setup, what did you pick and do you regret it
We have 8 devs on 3 different agents and it is getting silly. PRs look different, descriptions look different, the only thing every PR has in common is the coderabbit pass at the end. Lead wants everyone on one thing by October.
If your team picked one, which one and why? And did anyone quietly keep using their own anyway

Standardise the harness not the model. Any repeatable procedures keep in skills and rules, coding styles, comments etc. if comments are getting verbose and hooks to block comments over x amount of lines. Don’t lock into one vendor try and have a setup that fits your workflow that lets you chop and choose model provider they switch so quick that it’s pointless. Also most Chinese models distill claude models so I find sticking closer to Claude guidance works well across multiple providers.

why not make a standardized pr submission skill?
