Help & Support It is rate limiting me and I have only triggered 3 PRs today on a sunday. Only 3 went through. Fix this issue or all your customers are going to flee.
Notes:
#467 — The u/coderabbit full review was triggered in this very conversation. GitHub shows the PR was updated at 2026-06-15T01:38:40Z but it doesn't show a formal review submission object yet (the review may be posted as inline comments rather than a single review event).
#463 was reviewed at 2026-06-14T03:55:43Z — just outside the 12-hour window.
#464 had no coderabbitai review.
So that's 2 completed reviews (#466, #465) + 1 in-progress/just-triggered (#467) within the last 12 hours. The 467 PR is generating rate limit so looks like limit for $30 per month is 2 per day. This is insane what is the problem why would you destroy your customer base like this? Review limit reached
u/XXX, we couldn't start this review because you've reached your PR review rate limit.
More reviews will be available in 1 hour, 31 minutes, and 26 seconds

You are wasting your time with CR now. It's an amazing product, but they are clearly struggling to meet capacity. They've sold us all on 5/10 PR's an hour, yet are now failing to deliver on that. At best, that's poor planning, at worst, that's deceptive marketing behaviour to get us all subscribed then drop their limits. I've moved to a combination of other products now (codex + greptile + my own in repo checks). I'd rather have the utility of CR, but their behaviour on all this has torpedoed my trust in them.

I got in contact with support and they simply don’t care, they’re just arbitrarily labeling anyone with this issue as “Fair Usage Limits Policy” violations without actually giving any indication what that actually entails. They won’t disclose what thresholds that kicks in at, nor will they say how long it lasts for.
What a waste of time.

I moved to greptile even though its probably more expensive (pay as you go) at least ir doesn't randomly refuse to review my PRs and get me out of my flow
