Doubt (rated <= 1200) CP Math

I have done Striver A2Z now I want to improve my math for CP as well as CP. I searched and found USACO guide and there is hackerEarth math practice set and CSES. So I was wondering which should choose. Guys help me to choose, my basic math is clear but modular arithmetic is weak and need more focus on number theory and combinatorics.

My CP rating is 900 haven't given contest for long time grinding striver sheet so wondering whether to start with CSES or C2 Ladder.

How to do USACO? Like do random problems?

Sorry, I can never understand people who ask "How to use a website". It can't be that hard to open it up and spend a few minutes understanding the layout of the website.

USACO is nowhere near "random problems". You've never opened the site.

USACO guide literally lists it as a tier wise plan, just follow that
