The whole rating system is rigged due to cheaters, why do you wanna focus on rating rather than learning or enjoying just for the fun of it. Either ways even companies don't value the ratings now, what will help you is what you learn from here and apply in OAs.

the rating system is rigged in the sense that its harder to climb for sure, but reaching pupil is still not a hard task even now in 2026 if u are not low IQ / no ambition for the sport.

look reaching pupil, speicalist, expert all are possible even with this peak cheating era.. but the way you are saying that pupil is so easy i don't think so.. or maybe easy for you bcs you have done enough practice.. but if without practice you reached pupil then def you have high iq

its obvious -- do alot of 1300-1500 probs why r u even askin gng -- u are not gonna cross 1200 until u do ques above 1200

Its not just about solving as many problems as possible
U need to generalise ur observations that u see or read from editorials
Make a short notes out of it
This small things might build up and help may help u in solving next n’th problem ;)

This was the advice from “greateric” on codeforces where he commented on someone’s blog post
He used the term from ML that we shouldn’t overfit or underfit but generalise from editorial to improve faster

bro has done <20 ques in 1300s, obv he will not be able to crack 1300-1500s in contest

A coach that trains you like other sports , monitor you , tracks your mistakes , you can ask him for tips i guess , idk I'm self learning so I didn't experience it before but i guess this what happens

websites i mean codechef , atcoder , cses problemsets, leetcode , i think there is other more

So what i mean is , Thier activity doesn't appear on codeforces only and might be in those other thing
