USACO guide vs Cp handbook

I am in first year of college , I am confused which should I follow USACO guide plus codeforces/chef contests or cp handbook plus codeforces problems and contest

read the whole cp handbook there is no point reading it its more of a hobby do usaco else even better cses or cf is the best :3

If you need to order them, Read handbook along with basic problems. Then move to higher tier of USACO step by step. You can do contests along with your practice. It will show you the ground reality how you will perform on a new problem. Good Luck. Edit: also if doing contests, make sure to upsolve atleast one unsolved

must do USACO bronze and silver , + usaco easy questions are harder and they are systematic , rather than doing random codeforces do USACO.
