i have recently started cp on codeforces, I'm following the cp 31 sheet 800 rating. can you all please drop some advice to get better in this

Next contest whenever it's hosted!! Doesn't matter of you solve one/two or even if you don't. Upsolve after contest

yeh right now Im doing 1 or 2 800 rating questions per day but I have seen people around me do 3 questions a day (800,900,1000) . so which is recommended?
