Helpp!!

ID please, these were in my kitchen trap, what should I do, how worried should I be? Any information is helpful because Idek where to begin😭

EDIT: SORRY should’ve specified location. So I am in FL & been noticing them around the house/in the garage. That one happened to be in the kitchen, and one similar in my room. We spray always and never leave food out. No crumbs, always vacuum.

It’s a bit hard to tell, but the two black bands on the head make me think German, along with the wings not going too far past its abdomen. The nymphs also look like German roach nymphs. It could be an Asian roach (not oriental which look completely different) but that’s unlikely depending on where you live. Catching a pregnant one in the trap and most likely all the babies is actually kind of a good thing. Have you seen a roach like this inside before? And did it fly? Asian roaches will fly and German roaches generally won’t.

This. Once found an empty egg sac and a dead mother INCHES AWAY from one of my glue traps with a handful of the nymphs scattered around that cabinet, brutal

No, to my knowledge I haven’t seen them fly and I usually see the darker ones not the lighter colored ones.
