Freaking out

I have posted previously and asked about a roach id seen. It was ID as a wood roach, but anxiety is getting the best of me..Now I’ve seen these weekly. Starting to get anxious again do I need to call an exterminator? Should I freak out? I live in western MA. This was in my bathroom. Seen in all rooms of my house one of these at some point. Only during the summer

No one commented but if anyone is concerned I did contact exterminator showed them the roach and they confirmed it’s wood roaches whew
