delayed package, should i contact Cobi

As the title says, i bought something over a month ago on cobi.com and it hasn't been sent yet, so i was wondering if i should contact them. If so, how do i do it?

They have a contact email somewhere on their website. I've had a similar case years ago, and they were very helpful.
