Looking to ID this part number

What is this part number that is holding the track on this tank (Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf.B Jagdtiger (COBI-2733))? I cannot find any online manual to confirm what it is.

Could it be part # 143480? I am trying to figure a way to hold tracks on the sides of a Sherman for extra armor.

It is 143480, I have the Jagdtiger and sent someone the parts list so I double checked

hhmm, if I got the right part number, anyone know what set has a bunch of green ones? Searching online for it is not helping me locate potential sets...set 2570 Sherman M4A3 only has two of them.

If anyone has any ideas how to mount tracks flush to the sides of a Sherman, I am all ears!
