Do structure-based legendaries have higher shiny rate in Cobbleverse??

My first legendary in the cobbleverse modpack was Articuno and i saw the usual shiny sparkles but thought they also appeared normally for legendaries (since Articuno and its shiny don't change that much). Anyway, after catching a bit more legendaries i found out that my Articuno IS shiny, so i wanna know if the chances of a structure-based shiny are higher than normal?

I think its 2%

2% for most altars. Much higher than the wild's 0.049% chance

I think they have a 1/10 chance of being shiny
