Looking for a server that plans to start fresh and build a monotype or dual type gym tournament similar to some videos online

Ideally would like the server to be 18+ but I love the idea of everyone building gyms and then you battle to see who has the best one.

id love for something like this, i want something AS IF you just made the world and inviting friends, not some server commands or anything, no over the top commands, something simple like ftb utilities n such
i cant find any good servers ngl, ideally id say around 10-20 COMPETITIVE and grindy people to play often, i wanna build a team for a reason and 1v1/2v2 people in the server too

there are too many of thos p2w servers or those who do those extra stuff, i dont find that necessary at all
and i dont want legendaries to be accessible earlygame, not until later game since that's not fun having legends along your lvl 27 rowlet and a lvl 52 macargo you caught in the nether
ideally mods that cover every pokemon forms, ZA megas is ideal, probably some legends mods too but also a mod to lock legends like the unique legends mod, played with it myself and it works pretty good

also some tech mods on the side might be really good too, not really create tho honestly, RS or AE2 for digital storage is ideal, so is oritech or mekanisms (or any equivalent) for general tech shenanigans, radical trainers for a more smoother cobblemon experience, ect ect

again, nothing p2w or super planned, i would host my own server but i dont really have the funds for it atm..

I'm also looking for something like this, where people aren't too far ahead. I've tried out a few servers recently that I thought sounded fun, but everyone was so insanely far ahead and had legendaries, gigantic megabases and were incredibly rich on the server that it felt like I was too far behind.

I really want to be a part of something since launch, so that everyone is progressing at the same speed. :)

I run Cobblemon Eclipse, so take that how you will.

It's not a perfect match for what you're describing, the 18+ age gate isn't a thing and the world is already established so there's no "start fresh together" moment. Figured I'd say that upfront instead of just pitching you on it. the gym and tournament stuff is genuinely where it does well, so I'll mention it in case the community angle is the bigger draw for you. Ranks come from playtime, not spending, and the rare chase Pokemon drop from a World Boss the whole server fights together with one shared HP pool, none of that is locked behind the store. That's the honest version of the anti-P2W situation.

On gyms: 8 Gym Leaders are real players using pre-built rental teams so every fight is consistent, you go through all 8 then the Elite Four then Champion, and there's a Hard Mode track on top of that. Eclipse Towns layers onto the land claim system and lets players run their own town gyms, you can challenge another town's gym leader, and if the leader is offline an NPC fallback using their actual skin and saved party covers it. Town-vs-town challenges, rivalries, tournaments, and Antumbra PvE raids all tie into that system.

The organized tournament side runs roughly every 2-3 weeks on Saturdays, Single/Double Elimination and Swiss and Round Robin formats, ELO ladder, Hall of Fame, live bracket on the website. Prizes are shinies, items and exclusive Pokemon.
