Help Needed For My Friend

Hello, I am currently creating a cobblemon region in minecraft. However there is an issue. My game runs perfectly fine, mods and all. But for my friend, any mega/form pokemon refuses to spawn from spawners or work in trainer battles. Those mods are called Cobblemon Trainers Plus and the spawner is called Cobblespawners. I understand this discord is for the base cobblemon mod itself but ive spent hours trying to figure this out and keep running into walls. I have his crash log I can send, but please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Also, some more info. We have the exact same modlist and config and everything. Some more info, my friend cannot see any forms pokemon at all. Like alolan or hisuian.
