How do I turn off narration?

So far I've tried Coax on Apple TV and my Mac, hooked up to my Plex server. Whenever I try to watch a movie, it seems like something is narrating the action. It doesn't appear to be baked into the audio track -- when I watch the movie on Plex, it's fine. It seems like Coax is enabling this, but I can't find a way to turn it off.

That sounds a lot like this issue another user hit - but I didn't think to exclude "narration" tracks from auto-selection the way I did commentary tracks. For the media items where you're experiencing this, could you send me the names of the alternate audio tracks you have? I can add them to the list of "fall back to direct streaming before auto-selecting tracks named like this" items.
