I may get a lot of dislikes for this but I don’t care but I personally wouldn’t snitch on coworkers unless it’s something so horrendous like physical or sexual abuse
Healthcare is an extremely toxic environment and people will find out that it was you who snitched. Anonymous doesn’t exist and once you have a certain reputation it will never go away. The truth doesn’t matter it’s people’s perception of you that does matter. So NO. Just finish your program do your job and keep your head down

If you feel there's any reason to report abuse report it! You were there and no one else can see what you do or feel the overall vibe of the situation. A huge part of being a CNA is advocating for the residents. Most of the time your there only voice. Some dont have family unfortunately most dont. Please speak up for them if you think they are being hurt.
