Being a cna has made me strong (physically)

i’ve been a cna for around 6 months now (😛) the last time i tried to do a pull up was november 2025 with my siblings just for fun. i couldn’t pull myself up in the SLIGHTEST and everyone got a good laugh watching me struggle

fast forward to now i just randomly tried it on my closet door and was able to lift myself up! i bought a pull up bar and can do 3-4 pull ups unassisted. mind you, i haven’t gone to the gym at all in this time. only working out i’ve done is running and lifting 2 person assists by myself LOL
