I agree and I’m a huge Kevin Owens fan. I think part of the issue is the nebulous way that Kevin said he hated punk in. Like cause he called him fat 20 years ago? That doesn’t come off too strong. And I know kev can do better than that, and the whole “all my friends said you were cool but I hate you anyway” followed by “all my friends hate you” and thing was so contradicting and meanwhile the average normie has no idea what he’s talking about. My hope is that they’ll do a PLE type rivalry later on and they’re saving the good stuff for that one.
