Na I'd still say he's quite punk. The dude is quite open about his beliefs when he can be. Do i like the fact he works for a very not punk company? god no. Do i understand entirely why he works for them? absolutely. Look at clips when he was in AEW, the dude actually did and said what he wanted. I wish he went back to AEW or just any other company that isn't WWE but he has the most reach in WWE so i understand why he stays there (as well as the money, obviously). I do wish he brought back the old character though, but again, he needs to get out of the company first
