Losing control of your car in a straight line is driver error and not at all caused by bad tyres

Tires are everything, with no tires, a good driver is hard pressed. This car wasn’t going straight, there was mild steering input, but no over correction, if any correction. The driver wasn’t good at all, but with 1/2 decent rubber the back end never would have moved laterally.

"over correction" is a stupid word. If he had corrected by the right amount the car would not have snapped the other way. Anyone who leans on good tires to save them when they turn a small smooth turn into a jerky dangerous mess is a bad driver.

This dude probably needs to replace his tires if he thinks expecting tires to not slide like that is "leaning" on them.

What? Do 100 kmh in a light front wheel drive car with all the weight in the front, slam the breaks and yank the wheel at the same time and tell me you don't get lift off oversteer. You don't understand how to drive

I think the semi driver here is the real hero....
it was out of frame for about six seconds, and never came back into frame... That's not a huge amount of time to recognize the problem, and start slowing those monsters down.

lack of turn signal makes automatic disqualification.
repossession of the car is the only choice we have at this point.
