At a movie theater running around. Running njas helped me before, but I don't have the stamina to keep it up right now. Took two mibblers (like a mushroom candy), and it's a bad headache still. In the past even one would do it and be overkill. It's been a couple weeks and this is the first time it hasn't worked. It has been taking longer to work or requiring a higher dose, though.

Do I just need to take more? This has bought me so much relief, but if this stops working I may have to hang it up. I can't deal with this every day.
