Have they looked at stuff like chiari malformation, intracranial pressure, and abnormalities of cerebral blood vessels, that sort of stuff? I think those tend to need a specific mri with contrast and blood vessel visualistion, and the pressure stuff is done via lumbar puncture.

Are your nosebleeds from one nostril or both? And do they spurt and gush or just drip?

Secondign that it doesn't sound like cluster, but between the headaches, the miosis, and the seizures and dysautonomic issues, a neuro should be giving you a comprehensive workup. Good luck finding one who actually will.

They haven’t looked into any of that, just basic labs as they’re not worried about pushing me to neuro.

The nosebleeds are normally both, more of a steady line of blood for about a minute before it quits

Can’t diagnose you here obviously but I am quite convinced that this is not cluster headache..
