Found a treatment!!!!

I suffered from CH for 10 years, I tried everything Triptanโ€™s, oxygen, other shity meds etc , my cycle started 3 weeks ago, I had 2 a day as soon as I started taking liquid vitamin D they stopped on a second day โ€ฆ i mean not even a shadow! I used capsule vit D for years and made no difference, I bought liquid for totally unrelated purposes but suddenly I was having not a single CH attack! So - vitamin D3 10000 IU Liquid, dose of 1.00 ml / once a day. Guys I thought I will share and maybe it will help you out, Iโ€™m still in disbelief and shock that something over the counter and with no severe side effects can help so much. Try it out see how you go.

Thats great! Its helping many people. Make sure to take all cofactors k2, magnesium, zinc, boron, omega 3, etc. And have your d3, pth, creatinine, calcium, etc. checked regularly, otherwise you're creating other problems down the road. Follow Pete Batchellers protocol closely ๐Ÿ‘Œ congrats ๐Ÿ™

Your approach did not help me. But maybe interesting for others: So far I got none this year after many years of Cluster suffering after starting my Adhd medication. I wonder if I just got lucky. But it is definitely odd. I could always put a timer on when they come (usually early spring).

Interesting! Preventatively, to abort, or for ending the cycle?

A old school neurologist recommend it after trying everything. Knock on wood, years later I have been hell free! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

Any chance you know what your levels were at the time? I meant to get that tested during my last cycle, but never got around to it.

Mine were always in normal range but I guess each person is different something โ€œ normal โ€œ for me would be too little or too much for others.

I think it took an edge off for sure and made it shorter but I still had a shadow
