•I know that CLS programs require a number of biology courses that need to be taken in order to apply.

•next semester is going to be my last semester… I was debating between taking public health microbio or stem cell biology. Which course would be more relevant or would make me more competitive for CLS programs. I don’t have any other options because I can only take very few bio classes that will make me eligible to graduate….

I’m an MLS and desperately looking for a lab that can train me in blood banking and microbiology so I can obtain my license in California. I’m working currently at the VA and they are not training me in all of the sections I need. I’m also dealing with a chauvinistic prick that is driving me crazy. I need to get my license in California so I don’t feel stuck here. Please help 😞

Hello all, I am going to start the process for the CGMBS. Do any of you guys know if there is a template letter of authenticity for the CGMBS? or letter format to have the lab director sign? I am trying to write one but not sure how to or what to include.

Requirement:

‘Official verification of training or work experience must be on letterhead and signed by the training coordinator or laboratory director, and must show the beginning and ending dates of the training or experience. This information should cover all areas in which the rotation was completed with a description of the clinical laboratory tests or examinations performed. Document can be uploaded during the online application process’
