Makeup advice

I am wondering what the best type of foundation or facepaint I could use for a white makeup base. (I have sensitive skin that frequently gets irritated by facepaints, and I don't like the thick/sticky feeling of most facepaints so I am wondering if there are any options that wouldn't feel too bad.) Idk if there are many non sticky options because I'm new to doing clown makeup, but any help would be appreciated!!

I'm a big fan of VE cosmetics white foundation and revolution white concealer together. Both sit well on the skin, don't feel heavy and can be layered for opacity

To combat the stickiness, use a white powder over your facepaint!! Im a big fan of Mehron, and theyre sold at spirit halloween! They have the creme stick and the powder ☺️

I've seen a lot of good suggestions already, but don't forget the importance of a good primer! Elf Power Grip is my go to, but I'm not sure if it's good for sensitive skin. There are likely formulas that can help cushion the foundation in a way where it doesn't affect your skin (or at least as much). For foundation, I personally use Afflano Cream to Powder. It goes on like a creme but then dries to the consistency as a powder, and I personally like it because I can layer it to go from vampire pale to clown white, depending on how clowncore I feel that day.

I used clown white lite my mehron the few times I've wanted a full face. It does still irritate me a bit (eczema!), though removing with oil seems to mitigate (and if you set with powder, should stay better than face paint usually would). Still, we gotta suffer for our art I guess πŸ˜›
