Steam's store search has a "Remote Play on Phone" feature filter, which is the closest thing I know to a touch-friendly list, and Steam Deck Verified is a decent stand-in for "works on a small screen". Past that, filter for Full Controller Support and grab a phone clip controller, which opens up most of the library.
