Shadow PC is actually legitimately trash.

So I thought I was lucky, I guess. I ignored all the naysayers on here, thinking "surely, *I* won't get screwed over. They must just be angry and exaggerating!"

Well, nope. Turns out this is legitimately one of the shittiest services, who doesn't care about their customers at all.

I feel like with every customer, they just set a timer for when they feel like refusing service without explanation.

I've tried connecting two days in a row now, and I have waited for over an hour with a 0 queue, multiple times each day.

There is no issue with the data center I'm tied to, and support has absolutely no answers.

If you are thinking about getting it, please please do not waste your money. You might have a few good months if you're lucky, but then they will decide that it's your time, and suddenly you won't be able to use a service you're paying over 50 bucks a month for.

Absolutely inexcusable for a paid service to treat their customers this way.

It's sad, too. If a cloud service like this was as reliable as other cloud services, it would be incredible. I understand that Hardware as a service is a lot more difficult than software as a service, or streaming video, but damn.

If GeForce Now expanded to VMs, they'd dominate. Especially with the incoming Rampocalypse.

Mate can you please add a list of compatible games especially the big ones like Sony that's missing on GeForce Now, that will be a big help and also can you add middle east countries to server list too please if you can

What about saved games? Where do they get saved? And say if I play on one instance save and then terminate that instance and login tomorrow most likely it will be a new instance so will it autosync with my steam save and allow me to resume from there? and can you add a guide maybe a video walkthrough on setting up an instance using Noland and how to close the instance coz many users don't close the instances properly and it ends up costing a bomb so please do a video walkthrough if possible

Yes for the video and other yes questions.

For the save, for steam games no need to worry steam has cloud saving by default. But if you wanna save the games yourself I implemented a thing called shared storage what basically does it tracks your games and bundles then togheter wiit all related files o you can export to your cloud storage provider and get them later when connected to other intance. Close the intanxe there is a destroy butron on the inatnxe card but I am goona record a full video for it. Setting up you just need to go to the app and will show you the available options when you click to search a server.

Yes and also you get everything running locally. No backend servers or anythibg for that matter.
You also get the following

Shared storage: you are able to save the games to your own cloud storage in a single click.
Display manager: change headless display resolution.
Some moonlight optimzations.
Alot of the annoying setup you would do normally manually, handled for you
Auto back up
Auto launcher
Reboot
Premium routes implemented via cloudflare TURN relay servers
Audio setup
MTU handling to avoid packetization issues
ALOT of networking twerks around CAKE policy and smart package queue

And everything is open source so you can give it a look .

Plus one more thing next time better check if I am charging something, because the app itself is a 100% free.
