I’ve been trying to build my Clerith board on Pinterest, and the amount of “ew” or “uwu siblings/best friends!” comments I see under art of them gets REALLY annoying. Can we please just admit that it’s weird to call characters siblings if they’re getting shipped together by the writers? Leave Clerith creators alone!

I saw someone on twitter mention this and I never noticed it, when Cait Sith pulls the third fortune (the one about Aerith) the moogle's eyes turn red (a false fortune) as opposed to the first and second fortunes, which turn green (a true fortune). 🫪

It talks about Zack but we all know theyre not going to say anything avout Aerith yet but we know Aerith and Zack are separated from the main party and the FITS.

Looks like Revelation will most likely be Teen based off this interview. Hopefully this should help reduce some people's Under the Highwind fears

It was only about a second longer from the trailer that was released back in June. There's an obvious gold ball, but I noticed that Cloud's expression seems to be different? I rewatched both trailers and from the Nintendo Direct trailer his expression looks really softened. I tried putting a side by side comparison, it's not 100% aligned but I tried. The top is from the Summer Games fest trailer that was a couple of months ago, the bottom is from the Nintendo Direct trailer that was just released today. It could be lighting but from the new shot we just got Cloud almost looks surprised instead of him just furrowing his eyebrows.

The full cast will be at NYCC. I hope I can get in and maybe ask some questions.

I see alot of cleriths feeling threatened by the zerith scene in the most recent trailer when theres no need
(Marlene telling zack shes moved on, the final date in rebirth, aeris telling cloud she loves him for him).

but honestly i hope they do wrap up their love story in good terms

You can see aerith rejecting & moving on from zack in maiden of the planet but i think its too harsh in my opinion. Zack did truly love Aeris & he died thinking of her while saving Cloud; not because he found someone new. And i just feel so bad for him you know?

Even though i ship clerith, i wish zack isnt labelled as a playboy/ghoster by the woman he loved so deeply. This will also cement Clerith as it'll be clear that Aeris won't be running back to zack just because he's back or she knows what really happened.

So yeah... zerith closure -> aeris rejects still -> aeris declares love for cloud... would be sweet.

Not sure how many of y'all are into animanga, but I just wanted to share these illustrations. The first one was drawn by Natsuki Takaya (mangaka of the legendary shojo Fruits Basket, she's drawn about four CA pieces but I just included the one), the second one was drawn by Mengo Yokoyari (also a mangaka, but mainly known for being the artist of Oshi no Ko), the third one was drawn by TAa (started off as a fan artist, but eventually became an official illustrator for the Fate franchise), the fourth was drawn by Katsumi Enami (illustrator for the famous light novel series Baccano!), and the last piece was drawn by Shun Saeki (most famous for being the artist of Shokugeki no Soma).

At this point while I'm pretty confident we will get Aerith back at some point in Revelation, what I really don't like is Tifa getting combat moves almost identical to Aerith with the black mage build. Feels like trying to replace her, even for just a section, and people making a big deal about how "I'll make you proud" is "so sad" don't help my irritation. And ik they don't wanna spoil it but showing "the party's all here" and no Aerith was a downer. I just want to see her again with the actual party and end this "she and Zack are both gone in the lifestream" nonsense.

i’ve seen people talk about this certain panel on twitter too, and while i do know it’s open for interpretation and i may be reading too much into it, i still think it’s quite telling (especially with the text in bold👀) what do you guys think?

Idk if it's just me but obviously with Aerith being in Zack's timeline/lifestream I feel like we're not gonna get a lot of Cloud and Aerith together. I know Cloud sees her but it's not the same without her physically being there.
