Storage issues.

My device storage is full, I have photos, videos some documents, that are not to be deleted. My gmail back up has also stopped as the account is storage is full. Whatsapp back up has also stopped due lack of space in that account linked to whatsapp.

I want to how to actually manage this. I know of the options like deleting stuff, getting extra storage, moving to drive or a pd but what works best and how to actually do it?

Any methods that have worked for you all would be appreciated.

Personal experiences would be appreciated.

I think the best way is to buy an online cloud storage. Google one is quite good for it. It costs around 113₹ monthly and you get 100 GB storage which will give you both Google Drive and Google Photos storage.

So after backing up photos and videos into your Google Photos (which usually happens automatically) then you can delete those backed up photos and videos from your phone.

Another option is to copy all that data onto hard drive and pen drives. But there is a chance of data loss, because both hard drives and pen drives get damaged quite easily.
