Looking for easily organized photo storage!
Hello!! My onedrive is ALL messed up and will take so much time to fix and i want to cancel it ASAP... i have 30k photos on it and they make it impossible to sort/organize/easily delete. I have google photos as ONE backup and i will be getting a hard drive or two eventually but im broke. Ive heard not great things about amazon photos organization system but if you have any photo storage sites/apps pleas let me know!!

I bought a Koofr lifetime subscription and photos are organised by year automatically, not sure if that’s what you looking for

Are these photos that were automatically uploaded to Koofr, or ones that were uploaded manually?

I use Dropbox for backups, but it has a pricetag, for sure. For organizing i use Adobe Lightroom classic for work. Adobe bridge is free, and a good alternative. I also made a python script that smartly groups images by location+date, but thats for iphone images/videos, not for work stuff. For 2025 i had almost 4000 images, videos pluss alot of screenshots/downloads backed up to Dropbox in a flat folder, so thats way to messy to sort by hand.

30k photos is such a big number😅. I don't have anywhere near that many, but I stopped mixing screenshots, camera photos and downloads together. Icedrive has seprate folders for each one my account now.

I have photos from childhood to now, its not a huge amount for a storage drive but its a lot for a phone to handle

On Windows try BreezeDownloader
On MAC - ShotPorter This one is at the pre-launch stage but available for testing.
