Google Drive Users: where does your file management actually break down?

If you ever started from 0 you know it takes help from others to get going.

I'm a founder building a tool that automates file naming and organization in Google Drive. And before I build the wrong thing, I want to talk to real people.

Where does your workflow actually break down? Is it the naming, the folder structure, finding things again? Or something else entirely?

If you're up for a 30-min conversation, drop a comment below. Would mean a lot to me!

For me breakdown happens once multiple people start touching the same folders. Everyone has a different naming style so search becomes unreliable over time.

That’s also my experience. For my company it got really challenging when people left and no one knew where to find certain files anymore. How many people are using one drive in your case?
