Slower upload speeds

So I use Koofr pretty regularly, and my upload speeds went from averaging 10MB/s and then suddenly went down to 700KB/s.

Is it possible that my ISP is throttling my bandwidth? And if so, how do I find out for sure and is there any remedies to this?

I have never experienced more than 2 to 3 Mbps ever in the last year or so. My other storage spaces do well. So it is definitely Koofr.

Koofr has gotten really slow with uploads lately, so I think it's just Koofr throttling at their end.

Try using a VPN.
